Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information P Technology (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. Our website does not have a contact form. When you email us, for example using the “Contact Us” button, we receive whatever you include in your email, such as your name, email address, company, phone number and message.
Chat messages. If you use the P Tech Assistant chat, the messages you type are sent to our chat service so it can generate a reply.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that deliver parts of the page (such as web fonts) automatically receive standard technical information when your browser loads the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested.
We do not use this website to sell products or collect payments, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive information. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information by email or chat.
2. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiries and provide information or quotes you request;
- to deliver and manage services you engage us for;
- to run, secure and improve our website and chat assistant; and
- to meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you marketing emails if you have asked for them or have an existing relationship with us, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Service providers we use
We rely on trusted providers to run our website and communications. They process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies:
- Vercel: hosts this website and our chat service.
- Google: provides our email (Gmail) and the web fonts used on this site (Google Fonts).
- AI model providers: the chat assistant may send your chat messages to a third-party AI provider to generate replies.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. Our hosting and chat services may use essential cookies or your browser’s local storage, for example to keep your chat conversation open while you browse. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
5. How long we keep information
We keep emails and enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any working relationship, and longer only where the law requires it. Technical logs are kept by our providers for limited periods under their own policies.
6. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email ptechnology.ai@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
